Midcut 4100 A is a chlorine free oil developed for difficult to severe machining operations on high tensile materials, stainless steels, forged steels etc. It is particularly suited to heavy duty broaching, high speed machining and deep hole boring for narrow diameters.
Midcut 4100 A contains high levels of active sulphur EP and lubricity additives to meet the demands of such operations.
Midcut 4100 A is formulated as a low viscosity oil to ensure rapid penetration to the cutting tool / work piece interface and effective flushing of swarf and chippings

MidCut 4100A Has a shelf life of 3 years. Should not be used on “Yellow Metals” such as Brass and copper based alloys as may stain.
Store sealed in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C material should always be stored indoors and protected from extremes of temperature.
