Midcut 3040 is a Chlorine free neat cutting oil designed for honing, grinding and cutting of cast iron, steel and sintered / frittage materials. It is also suitable for use on other non ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, brass and other alloys. It may be used as a general purpose oil for mild steel of low to medium tensile strength
Midcut 3040 is formulated to a low viscosity and contains a high lubricity synthetic ester and anti-mist additives.
Midcut 3040 is recommended for honing, grinding, turning, milling, drilling, thread cutting, and reaming operations

MidCut 3040 Has a shelf life of 3 years. Designed to be used as supplied and is safe to use on most metals.Store sealed in a cool dry place between 5°C and 30°C material should always be stored indoors and protected from extremes of temperature.
